These are interesting ways to burn 100 calories. It is also interesting that most of the activities are "normal" everyday things that a person might do. When I am raking the leaves this weekend I will keep myself motivated by thinking of the 100 calories that I am burning. Thanks for all the facts!

This amount of exercise seems fairly easy to get done to burn some calories. This is interesting when you think about how much food are in those 100 calorie snack packs they sell. A calorie does not seem like that much to me now. Maybe they could just make them 200 caliorie packs so I wouldnt have to eat two everytime.

These are all good ways to burn 100 calories. What is interesting to me is that some of these are everyday things that we do regularly anyway. Some people are getting exercise and burning calories without even knowing it. Good to know.
